Zen-Wu G-2C Paring Knife

An odd-batch run of the G-2 paring knife in ZW-C2 carbon steel (64 HRC), the same steel as the Y-2 chisels. Hollow-ground back, black oxide finish.

The standard G-2 is Magnacut; this run trades stainless for carbon steel and a lower price. Care is the same as any carbon blade: dry after use, oil before storage.

Flat and ready to shave out of the box.
