Shipping policy

Processing. We typically process orders within 2 to 4 days. Made-to-order and customized tools take longer; we will write to you with a lead time before the order ships.

Transit. We ship worldwide from our workshop in Wuhan, China through DHL Express. Transit is generally 3 to 5 days. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. We wrote about why we ship DHL.

Rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout by country and region, typically $30 to $40 for most orders. Orders over $349 ship free, regardless of destination.

Duties and taxes. Import duties, VAT, and tariffs are calculated from your address and collected during checkout. The carrier will not ask you for additional duty payments on delivery.

Restrictions. We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses in certain regions. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we will confirm whether we can reach you.

Delayed or missing packages. Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation first. If the package appears lost or has stopped moving, email info@zenwutoolworks.com and we will take it up with the carrier. You will not be left to resolve a lost shipment on your own.
