ZenSharp 研磨系统
ZenSharp 是一块精磨铝合金底板，通过磁吸固定各种研磨卡片。组装后平整度误差 0.015mm（约 1/2 thou）。换卡片即换粒度，工件和研磨位置都不用动，比桌上摆一摞水石更快、更干净。
ZenSharp 像水石一样切得快，又像金刚石磨石一样免维护。只需水或玻璃清洁剂喷一下润滑，也不需要用热风机把旧金刚石片从铝块上剥下来。

大多数木工活儿用细目卡就够了，这一张就能把刃口磨出镜面。超细目卡主要给寿司刀这类需要极致细腻抛光的刀用。
一张金刚石卡能磨数百次刀，平整度和切削力都保持不变。工厂磨自家的凿和刨刃也用同款卡片。
使用要点： 金刚石层做在 PET 膜上，PET 下面粘一层薄钢板。如果在某一点用力过猛把刀角扎进去，会把 PET 撕坏。研磨时刃口与卡片要做全面横向接触，不要做单点研磨。我们为什么用软基底而不用钢，参见 论软基底。

"The ZenSharp system is a big step up for me. I was able to regrind the primary bevel on a 1” chisel using the coarse card in less than an hour. No stopping to reflatten stones that would easily double or triple the time. On a cautionary note, I was touching up the secondary bevel on a 1/4” chisel using the super fine card. The chisel rocked a little bit tearing the backing on the abrasive."

"After trying many sharpening systems over 40 years of woodworking, this is my favorite one. The magnetic base is heavy and solid and the diamond plated metallic sharpening plates fit perfectly and snugly into the magnetic base. They are flat and deliver a square mirror finish either by hand or with a sharpening jig. The sharpening plate surfaces are of good size and accommodate even my largest plane blades. I especially like the strop plates(medium & impregnated fine) that give you that highly mirrored finish. Even with a 55 degree frog in my plane, I get super fine transparent shaving in birdseye maple without any tear out! This is one of the most economical systems on the market for what you get and the service for sharpening plate replacement is very affordable & excellent! I highly recommend them ."
